User Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session starts for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Academy Cancellation (Minimum Quota): For Group Classes and Tournaments, a minimum number of participants is required (e.g., 2 for Group, 8 for Tournaments).. If this quota is not met 24 hours before the start time, the session will be automatically cancelled. Refund Process: In case of Academy cancellation, a full refund will be automatically processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
